Meet Dman Yoga

Hi, my name is Darryl and I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. I recently fulfilled a longtime goal when I received my 200-hr RYT certification.

It brings me great joy to share the benefits of a steady yoga practice. I have learned ways to challenge my strength and flexibility while taking a deeper look within. I have learned invaluable calming tools that allowed me to navigate stressful jobs in sports journalism and sales.

I feel like there is a yoga practice available for every body at every stage of their life. I want to break accessibility stereotypes and show yoga is an option for the BIPOC community and men.
